1. Legal Manager
Requirements:

  • Possess a recognized degree in Law (LLB) or its equivalent with at least 8 years relevant working experience and knowledge of Employment Law, Common Law and NCR matters.
  • Must have excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Possess positive attitude with the ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Self motivated with high degree of integrity, drive and enthusiasm.

 

2. Accountant
Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting and/or possess professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or its equivalent) with at least 4 years post qualifying experience in accounting or commercial firms.
  • Well-versed with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous with good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Self motivated with high degree of integrity, drive and enthusiasm.
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours and must be willing to travel regularly.

 

3. IT Officer 
Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with at least 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to travel.

 

4. Safety & Health Officer
Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Safety & Health or equivalent with at least 3 years post qualifying working experience. Having worked in road construction project is an added bonus.
  • Must be a registered Safety and Health Officer with DOSH/NIOSH and a valid Green Book holder.
  • Well-versed in Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994, related regulations as well as safety and health best practices.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and good command in written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Must be independent and possesses a firm characteristic due to the hazards involved.
  • Must be willing to travel to project sites.

 

5. Maintenance Support (Technical) 
Requirements:

  • Possess at least a vocational school qualification in electrical / electronic / mechanical technology or equivalent
  • Competent in monitoring the operations of BMS systems with a clear technical understanding of buildings electrical, mechanical and associated equipment
  • Flexible to undertake ad hoc overtime as required by the management

 

6. Pengawal Keselamatan
Requirements:

  • Tamat pelajaran sekolah menengah dan mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang yang berkaitan.
  • Keutamaan akan diberi kepada calon yang mempunyai latar belakang sebagai bekas anggota tentera, polis atau seorang pengawal keselamatan.
  • Dapat melaksanakan tugas syif atau waktu kerja yang fleksibel serta cergas secara fizikal.
  • Memiliki sifat kepimpinan, boleh dipercayai, berdedikasi serta mampu berkomunikasi dan menulis dalam asas Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah pengawasan minimum, berdisiplin, tegas dan bijaksana dalam berurusan dengan orang ramai.
  • Berpengetahuan dalam asas pengawalan kebakaran, pertolongan cemas, komputer, pengendalian sistem elektronik seperti CCTV, Sistem PA dan Sistem Penggera adalah merupakan satu kelebihan.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Possess a Certified Boilerman Grade 1 certificate from JKKP with at least 3 years relevant working experience.

Requirements:

  • Completed secondary education or its equivalent with at least 5 years relevant working experience in the related field.
