Pengawal Keselamatan

  • Tamat pelajaran sekolah menengah dan mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang yang berkaitan.
  • Keutamaan akan diberi kepada calon yang mempunyai pengalaman sebagai pengawal keselamatan.
  • Dapat melaksanakan tugas syif atau waktu kerja yang fleksibel serta cergas secara fizikal.
  • Memiliki penampilan fizikal yang sihat, cergas dan perwatakan yang menyenangkan.
  • Rajin, amanah, komited, berdisiplin dan boleh bekerja di bawah pengawasan yang minimum.

 

Administrative Executive

  • Possess a recognized degree in Business Administration/Management or its equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in the related field.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure, resourceful and proactive with strong sense of responsibility and urgency. Matured, attentive to details and organized.
  • Must be willing to travel to operation sites frequently and work outside office hours, on public holidays and weekends when required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

 

Control Room Administrator cum Security Guard

  • Possess at least a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering / Building Engineering or equivalent with at least 1 year relevant experience.
  • Those with experience in monitoring the operations of BMS systems and clear technical understanding of buildings electrical, mechanical and associated equipment will be given preference.
  • Must have solid interpersonal skills to be able to interact with people from all levels.
  • Competent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work on shifts and is physically fit.

 

HR Executive

  • Possess at least a degree in Business Management/ Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines with at least 3 years working experience and exposure in recruitment, on boarding, HR policies and procedures, employee relations and termination.
  • Sound knowledge on latest Malaysian Labour and Industrial Relation laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia with a smattering of local dialects; knowledge in spoken and written Mandarin is an added advantage; must be computer literate.
  • Matured, proactive, resourceful, hard working, a team-player, dependable and discreet.
  • Able to work beyond normal hours and to travel when needed.

 

Civil Engineer

  • Possess at least a recognized degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Well-versed in AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office applications and have a good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Must have good knowledge of technical specifications and in preparing, reviewing and interpreting engineering plans.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be willing to travel and be based at project sites.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal and work with people at all levels.

 

Purchasing Executive/ Officer

  • Possess at least a degree in any field with at least 1 year working experience preferably in purchasing for oil palm plantations.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia with a smattering of local dialects; must be computer literate and possess negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, dependable and possess knowledge in vendor sourcing practices.
  • Must be willing to travel.

 

Accountant

  • Degree holder in Accounting and possess professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or its equivalent) with at least 5 years post qualifying experience in accounting or commercial firms.
  • Well-versed with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels.
  • Meticulous with good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Self motivated with high degree of integrity, drive and enthusiasm.
  • Able to work beyond normal working hour and must be willing to travel regularly.

 

Despatch Clerk / Kerani Penghantaran

  • Tamat pelajaran Tingkatan 3 dengan sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam bidang berkaitan.
  • Mesti memiliki lesen memandu kelas B2 dan D yang sah dengan kemahiran memandu yang selamat dan mesti biasa dengan laluan bandar Sibu.
  • Boleh bertutur dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris.
  • Mesti sopan dan boleh bekerja secara bebas dengan pengawasan yang minimum.
  • Sanggup bekerja di luar waktu pejabat, pada cuti umum dan hujung minggu apabila diperlukan.
  • Mesti sihat tubuh badan.

 

Receptionist

  • Possess at least SPM certificate or equivalent with at least 1 year relevant experience.
  • Good command of spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and local dialects.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills with a clear speaking voice.
  • Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance.
  • Must be polite, honest, punctual, reliable and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

 

Pemandu Trailer (Low-Loader)

  • Mesti memiliki lesen Kelas E yang sah untuk membolehkan operasi kenderaan berat seperti trailer low-loader, dan Lesen GDL yang sah diperlukan untuk pengangkutan barang dan mesin secara komersial.
  • Mesti sihat secara fizikal dengan sijil perubatan yang sah mengesahkan kelayakan untuk memandu kenderaan berat seperti yang dikehendaki oleh Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ).
  • Mempunyai minimum 3-5 tahun pengalaman memandu kenderaan berat, terutamanya trailer low-loader atau kenderaan berat lain, sebaik-baiknya dalam persekitaran ladang atau luar bandar. Pengalaman dalam industri ladang sawit atau logistik adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Mempunyai pengalaman dalam navigasi estet ladang atau keadaan jalan luar bandar di Sarawak serta cekap dalam menghadapi cabaran keadaan jalan/cuaca yang sukar.
  • Mempunyai pengetahuan yang mendalam mengenai prosedur keselamatan dalam pengangkutan muatan berat, termasuk jenis kargo yang biasa diangkut seperti baja, racun perosak, dan peralatan penuaian.
  • Mempunyai kefahaman yang kuat mengenai prosedur keselamatan berkaitan pengangkutan barang pertanian dan mesin serta pengetahuan dalam penyelenggaraan kenderaan dan penyelesaian masalah mekanikal asas.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi asas dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan/atau Mandarin (penguasaan bahasa tempatan lain adalah kelebihan).
  • Bersedia untuk bekerja pada waktu yang fleksibel, termasuk hujung minggu dan cuti umum, bagi memenuhi jadual penghantaran.

Requirements:

  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications and accounting software principles.

2. Purchasing Manager
Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognised Degree Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
  • At least 5 years working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
  • Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
  • Ability to manage and supervise personnel.
